I see an update on the new tracker saying I need to provide additional information. I have not received any email from IRCC requesting additional documents. I received one earlier in the year requesting for a PCC which I have since provided. BG is completed. I suspect this may be due to the new tracker. Anyone experiencing this or have an idea what this is about?

What is your timeline ? I am at Calgary office , did my test last sept but does not show complete

Don't be stressed, they may have simply not yet updated it in the other tracker.

You are right. I think Calgary office is very slow, perhaps overwhelmed. IRCC should support them more.

Did you already attend the ceremony but didn't get the certificate?

Or they are waiting on you to attend the ceremony? (The ceremony date should be there in the tracker update. Also you can find the date if you clicked the decision made link on ECAS)
