No luck, I've seen a lot of people who got AORs after 15 Oct (not all) were having the same issue, I know at least 4 other people that still can't register.
So they replied to my technical issue ticket with a general list of things to try, it was not even relevant. They did not read anything in my description (error messages etc). The reply was useless but they did mention "since you did not attach a screenshot we are just generically going to help you with how to clear browser cache".
I sent another Technical difficulties ticket with a screenshot attached. It took them 5 days to reply, if any one is curious.

Interesting, they haven't even gotten back to me.. I didn't actually notice anywhere to attach a screenshot, but i had included the text of the error message

I hope you get a better answer, do let us know if you manage to resolve your issue.
They completely ignored any error messages I send in the text, and mentioned that because "there was no screenshot attached" we can't really help, and here are some generic steps to follow.
