What options did you select on call? I always get told that no agent is available.

Just confirmed with my representative now. My counterfoil was also updated on Saturday. Passport was delivered to Ottawa on 11 th Oct.
 
Counterfoil generated today, Passport delivered to Ottawa on the 13th of October. I hope this info helps those that are still awaiting thier PPR.

I applied for TRV on Oct. 1, but even the eligibility review has not started yet.
I'm really stressed as I booked a flight and have to leave in late November.
Can you please share your timelines? Thanks
