Indian passport surrender

So the scenario is that I have my citizenship and Canadian passport since 2020
Due to covid and having a small baby then ai couldn’t apply for surrender certificate
But unfortunately I cannot find my Indian passport
What should ai do in this case

Please call BLS and ask. As I understand latest passport is mandatory to get the surrender certificate

Postal Application sent by Purolator to BLS Surrey on Oct 3
Package delivered on Oct 4.

Heres my timeline:

Surrender applications submitted for me and my partner: October 3 at BLS Brampton (walk-in)

Status changed to under review that week.

Status changes to surrender certificate granted and available for issuance on October 14.

Status changes to Surrender certificate printed, on October 17.

Any idea when can I expect the certificate and cancelled Indian passport to be delivered to me??

I just checked and saw no changes. I guess the Consulate was not working due to Diwali.
