can someone kindly help. I am trying to create an account on
https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register
and the error msg I have been getting is "Our system is down. Try again later. " This has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now. Am I doing something wrong? Currently using the latest Firefox and Chrome to test and still the same result. My 3 years is coming up on Mar 1st and I want to hit the submit button on that day. Is there some place that I can find out when the system will be up?

Exactly the same as you (feb 15th application, and March 22nd AOR). I ordered GCMS notes august 15th. It finally came October 13th (says compiled on Oct 11th). Absolutely nothing in there.
I see that an officer was assigned my application and that my secondary office is Scarborough; but nothing moving.

More than a month between the test invite and the test window start? Seems very different from other offices. Typically it's around 4 days or less.

Doesn't matter in any case, you have a lot of time to prepare for the test.
