Two reasons: one, majority (vast majority) of applications are not sent back for errors. Second, not every applicant calls and gets temporary number, and if a file is rejected, there's no longer a temporary number, so just by math "files rejected after getting a temporary number" are a subset of those that got rejected. (Or put differently, there's a timing issue about temporary number that makes it a bit less likely it will be a rejected one)
My husband's medical expired on August 23. When yours expired - when did they extend yours? How fast did they notify you?
Cause i really hope they will extend ours and husb won't have to do it again...

Thank you for your clarification
I have another question, I did not declare my child as a dependent on the imm0008 form because he already had his PR visa but not yet valid at the airport he stayed with his mother whom I will sponsor
My question do you think this is a big mistake, if so can I fix this error by sending a new form via the web firmular
Thanks

This is a VERY important and different question and I do not fully understand what the situation you describe is. You should start a new thread and ask question there and clarify.
My gut reaction is that you MUST correct this but again, I do not understand what you wrote above.
Hey guys when my passport do you think will arive i got ppr on aug 11 and submitted to vfs on aug 24 and ircc nairobi vo receive it on sep 01 and we still

My question is,
I will sponsor my wife,
we both have a child who has already had his PR visa do I have to declare him as a dependent on the IMM0008 form?

This is a weird case. Will you son travel to Canada (for certain) BEFORE his visa/copr expire? Is it dependent on your spouse getting her PR?
(I mean also 'why?' but that's your business)
Look the basics are: in principle if the child travels before his PR visa/copr expire, it might be okay. But it might not.
But on the other hand: the forms say you MUST include dpenedents who are not PRs or citizens in that form, and leaving him off (remember: he is not a PR yet) is a type of misrepresentation, for which the consequences are that this child could not be sponsored ever.
You'll have to decide what to do. Me, I'd have the kid fly to Canada and become a PR tomorrow and then after that inform IRCC that the kid is now a PR. Leaving it to later may make things complicated.
Or you could inform IRCC by webmail and updated forms that you would prefer to have the child as a dependent on your wife's application, and (tell the truth) that you weren't sure what to do. This would make more sense if you do not expect the child to travel to Canada before your spouse is ready.
But I would not treat this lightly, although it seems simple you've made it complex.
