It was online.
No info request from IRCC. The delay was most likely due to my legal name change.

This is not slow as compared to other online applications. Of course, it’s much slower than paper applications

How long after giving the citizenship test does the CIC tracker update? Would there be a "Citizenship test complete" update or is this only once "decision made" step?

You will see an update for the completion of the test. Don't know how long it will take though. The remaining steps will be in progress.

You will get the email 2 days before the test window starts. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. You have to be on the camera all the time. When taking pics of PR card and yourself, make sure the dates are readable.
