I don't know what should I do. At least if they have lost it they should let me know so that I can apply for the new one.

I'm trying to call them and everytime computer hang up the call and say we are experiencing high volume of calls. I also tried to contact them through email but no one is replying me

PPR: August 26, 2022
No Review of Eligibility update, direct PPR.
Got 1st message for biometric correspondence, 2nd after 30mins for PPR.

Hello Everyone finally i got my visa stamped!
Paper application (sent my passport with my application)
Recieved by CPC-Ottawa on July 5th (thats when it said ‘delivered’ on Canada post tracking
Able to link application on 20th July
Review started -21st July
Application got approved and counterfoil generated- August 10th
Received my passport today in mail : August 12th 2022
I skipped the Passport request step because i already sent my passport with my application
Please dont do that though because i called them a week ago and they said never do that as it may get lost. Only send passport when they ask for it. NOT with your application form. Thank God they did not lose mine.
Total time it took: 1 month and 7 days door to door.

I sent passport to CPC Ottawa on 12th August and it is delivered to them on 16th, how long it is taking to generate the counterfoil and return the passport?

Not yet, counterfoil generated on 24th Aug but no update after that. My return tracking ID is not activated yet.
