Hello respected members of the forum.what about the antihcv test.they are doing this test in medical.if comes positive what will be the process there after.
The antihcv test is not included in the medical but if your a hepa c carrier you might want to tell them that you are a carrier. Its better to tell them the truth than keep it.
okay..last year i refused to take my ielts because of this problem but my doctor told me that i should finish my ielts ad she said that my sgpt is in normal range.
@jessa8725
You go and take your ielts you’ll be needing that when you apply for the permanent resident here in canada

Thanks kkrrnn for this detail.how you know that this test is not included in the medical.
I myself undergo the medical, so i know its not included. If you have a tattoo they will test you for hepatitis.

like SINP PROGRAM vs hepa b virus? is this a problem for the applicant?
Your liver enzymes are likely to show hepatitis. It is considered misrepresenting if you say you don’t have a serious disease and don’t tell the doctor you have hep C. Your blood tests will likely point to a systemic problem.
Just want to share my experienced, I am a registered nurse and applied for the Live In Caregiver program for canada all neccesary requirements are already provided but then my problem is that will I be able to pass the medical exam. That was the big question, all sleepless nights are paid off, I got an email from my immigration consultant that told me I passed the medical exam. By the way I had my medical exam at IOM Makati. That day I was really nervous but then I have to overcome my fear, I told myself if Im not going to try it how will I know if im going to pass or not. Had my medical last Feb. 28, 2019 and got the results just yesterday Mar. 23, 2019, for those of you want to ask we pass our application via online that why my consultant saw that I have passed the medical. Thank god and thanks to my gastro doctor who handled and gave me the clearance.
What blood test they did to you in hep b ? They get you ultrasound too?

They did the hepa b test. If your seeing a doctor, a gastro maybe it might help you, get clearance and submit to the panel physician when you had your medical.

hello. I do have same situation here.I am undergoing every 4-6 month surveillance with my gastro specialist. Liver in normal condition with no complications & viral load is at normal range as well. I have already lodged my application and planning to get an upfront medical soon. May I know what type of clearance letter should I get from my gastro specialist? How do I say it or request from him? I just want to be ready and submit altogether during upfront medical check, and in case panel physician will ask for it.

Are you still on medication? If yes try to research of the cost of that mediction's evaluation in Canadian market, also try to get an advice from your doctor if it is a threat to people around. As according to IRCC medical inadmissibability is based on threat to economy or society.
