TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Hello,I applied for a visitor visa since July 2020,and I have not gotten a decision up till now.Is there something I need to do to get a decision.

Hello Everyone finally i got my visa stamped!
Paper application (sent my passport with my application)
Recieved by CPC-Ottawa on July 5th (thats when it said ‘delivered’ on Canada post tracking
Able to link application on 20th July
Review started -21st July
Application got approved and counterfoil generated- August 10th
Received my passport today in mail : August 12th 2022
I skipped the Passport request step because i already sent my passport with my application
Please dont do that though because i called them a week ago and they said never do that as it may get lost. Only send passport when they ask for it. NOT with your application form. Thank God they did not lose mine.
Total time it took: 1 month and 7 days door to door.

Hello everyone, finally my TRV Application is approved and got PPR request today at 3pm ET, sent the passport same day. Here is my timeline.

Applied online: July 19, 2022
Approved and PPR: August 12, 2022
