In last round before ITA there were 9600 people in pool with score above 499, 2000 people got invited, which means there are 7600 people waiting for upcoming rounds + new applicants added in past two week after Round of invitation.
See the trend for upcoming rounds, how many people are being added to pool and getting invited, you'll have a pretty good idea. Nobody can answer your question but best chance would be if IRCC start conducting slightly bigger rounds of 3000-4000, then you'll surely get ita by end of year, again all assumptions.
There is a question "Has XXX had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate?" So system does allow you to enter education without ECA.
Current processing times for FSW seems to be 2 years, what if IRCC comes back and ask for a new IELTS and new WES,
1. what are the odds of processing time coming down to 6-8 months?
2. once the ITA is received and docs are submitted can IRCC comeback and ask for new documents because the previous ones are expired by the time file is opened?
Thanks for your help!

Your profile is locked at AOR, the only things they can request from you is a new medical, PCC, and PoF. Of course, some officers may request other docs but IELTS, TEF and ECA are locked in.

Look up the internal IRCC memos shared by Steven Meurrens on twitter. One of the memos said there is zero chance of score falling below 500 this year and next year, IRCC is planning for occupation draws like PNP.
Three draws have already happened and there are 8000 profiles above 500 consistently before each draw.
I have a problem in the studies section :
In order to get my BACHELOR degree i studied in 2 different universities :
-1st year in univ X
-2'nd and 3rd in univ Z
How should i mention on pre ITA form?
Both universities ? And put on the first one that i didn't get a diploma from it and then add the second univ and mention that i got the diploma and ECA ?

Yes my ECA only mentions univ Z ...
So . I should only mention it ?
But in the question (pre Ita ) how many years did you study in université Z ... Do i need to put 2 or 3 ?
