It came with an application number though i tried to link it to my application and was unsuccessful. Yes , in case of my SA ,VO office mentioned New Delhi but I confirmed twice by calling ircc that my VO is Ottawa.

It is normal, Try link your application in some days. you will receive AOR email in coming days.

Does anyone know what stage the "Invitation to Arrival Services Letter" is? This was received a couple weeks ago and I've been wondering what it is as my wife's biometrics and medical were passed in May, and OWP was also approved in May. We have had no communication from IRCC since then otherwise.
