what is the reason for first time rejection? and how long ago was that??
This might be a question that I know the answer already but still wanted to check if it’s possible to apply for supervisa before the current one is expired? And can i apply online from Canada on behalf of my mother? .
I believe to my first question, the answer is no, but still wanted to check.
My situation: my mother currently holds supervisa but since her passport is expiring next year in July, the supervisa’s validity will also expire. Now I am trying to get her passport renewed through BLS office here in Brampton ( will be submitting application soon) but was wondering if it’s possible to apply for supervisa a bit before the current one expires in July next year. I am just worried that application times for supervisa is quite long now so it will take many months to get it (if everything of course goes well with the application. I am really thankful that it went all ok last time my mother applied for supervisa)
It appears that your mother is in Brampton if you are applying for her renewal of passport in Brampton. She can not apply for supervisa within Canada. She can apply for supervisa from her home country only. You should apply once you have new passport in hand. Given she already had Canada visa she may qualify for CAM+ and processing time could be much faster this time around. But again it is not certain but there is a good chance.

What do you guys provide in the following sections:
- Purpose of Travel
- Client Information
I am thinking of submitting the applicant's (My father and mother) explanation letter in the Purpose of Travel section, along with a dummy air ticket. I am not sure what else I can add to the Client Information section. Any suggestions?
Also, if you have two applicants (primary applicant and co-application), did you provide an explanation letter for both?

You can use the same letter but just upload it twice.
Hey guys, I was thinking of applying Super Visa for my parents this month but I noticed that IRCC still has not released Information about any designated medical insurance companies located outside of Canada.
Does anybody has any information on this?
Thanks!

What do you mean? One of the conditions for super visa is to buy insurance from a Canadian insurance company. Why do you think IRCC was going to release information on companies outside of Canada?

Yes, i am debating the same. We submitted on 6 April, biometrics completed 11 April.
Upfront medicals which have not been updated yet.
and no update since.

IRCC announced new policies in regards to SuperVisa which included stay upto 5 years + another extension for 2 years. They also said they will include insurance companies outside of Canada for Super Visa insurance.
