Finally!!! Congrats!
No, some people won't get AOR or receive AOR a couple of days after linking. That won't cause issue for ADR.
Thank you
But I have heard some people having problem with ADR who linked earlier. Also sometimes people get requested ADR but it doesn’t show on their portal or when it shows the deadline has already expired.
Also, my PCC was dated Aug 2021, I haven’t gone outside Canada since years. Question is I know many say it will be valid till you leave Canada or can put 1 year date. Thing is Indian PCC are valid till 6 months. & if I get a pcc request in Oct/Nov then what to do? Order new one or just upload last one & state in LOE that never left Canada since so & so?
Thank you

Don't stress yourself on something that hasn't happened (we have enough already!). There may be technical issues sometimes but linking before AOR is not a mistake. Many did that with no problem.
If your Indian PCC does not have an expiry date on it, you can put 1 year after the issued date. If it has, then it's that date.
If you haven't traveled back, you can upload the old one with an explanation letter and mention it again that you were in Canada. You don't need to apply for a new one.

Congrats ! AOR will come in couple of days. Mine was like yours, got linked before AOR and if I remember well 3 or 4 days after official AOR arrived. Now waiting will become more difficult

Congraxx Bhaisaab! Very happy for you.
I have a suggestion for all who have received their AOR around March/April and got a ghost update ( GU ) on June 17th ( which as I saw for many of them in this forum their criminality changed to ongoing again on this date [before was passed] ): Most probably our case officer should be same for all of us, lets keep in touch by replying to this message.
Hi all, I haven't received BIL yet and I haven't submitted biometrics in last 10 years. Now that I am planning to go to India. In case if I receive BIL when I am in India, Can I book my biometrics with VFS India? Please help. This is my time line:
Applied: May 06th , 8:55 pm Est.
Jan 04th : submitted change of status from single to married via webform.
AOR: Feb 15th

Medical Passed again: April 20 (Probably my wife medicals)

Yes biometrics can be given anywhere in the world. You just need the Biometrics Collection Letter.
But the main thing to consider is, do you have a TRV to come back?

Call IRCC or reach out to your local MP or just wait. There's really not much we can do unfortunately.

Hi, I did not get any GU but I called ircc on 17th and he said it’s in progress before it was passed. Am not sure, because there was no ghost update.

Yes. I do. Thanks
Has anyone applied GCMS notes more than once?
