How long does it take to get closed status on your tracker?

Been only 2 days since my Oath and sent the form right after it.

Mine got updated the very next morning. My Oath was at 8:30 in the morning, finished at around 10:45 am and submitted the oath form right after the ceremony.

how do you know the location of your application is been processed ?

so far my BGC was completed on March 04, 2022 and still there is no sign of an email or anything.

Mine was at noon and sent the oath form right after it was done. I'll wait till next week else will send the form again

Everything updated on June 30th except ceremony. Ghost update on July 5 but no oath invite yet. Does completed means everything was good or it could be for rejected application as well?

It still shows interview required, and,physical presentation , Language and prohibition still in progress?

As far as I know, if they’ve scheduled your oath ceremony, that means you’ve been approved to become a citizen.

I don't think they reject application without calling for an interview. Have you been interviewed?

Hi I am July 2021 applicant and I had my oath ceremony finished on July-4th and sent oath form in email couple of hours after ceremony. I have not seen any updates on my online tracker or i have not received my citizenship certificate yet, is this common, my application in BC. Thanks

Almost at the finish line now. Something happened yesterday. So I took the advice of Jakev on this thread and emailed the Scarborough office requesting for the oath ceremony date to be scheduled ASAP. To my surprise, I got a response 5 minutes later telling me they have scheduled it for August 9. WOW. I also checked my portal today and saw that it has been updated with my ceremony date. That was quick. I wonder what the story would have been if I didn't email them.

UPDATE: I got my ceremony scheduled for August 9.

Here is my updated timeline.

Applied online - Toronto - July 14, 2021
AOR - October 6
Scheduled for citizenship test - March 4
Citizenship test taken and updated - March 17
Physical presence and language skill marked as complete - June 30
Prohibitions marked as complete - July 5
Oath ceremony scheduled - July 6

Hello, Congratulations. what did you write to visa office to schedule your oath? is there any template?

You should email them now and ask to schedule the oath sooner (if you need to)- congrats ! I got mine the very next day after I emailed.

Thank for your advice, I sent them and they replied me right away after 1 hour that we are on queue.
