Initial PR Card advise?

Hi!

I became a PR in June 2021 (under CEC category).

I received my e-COPR via the PR card Portal the same day - I immediately uploaded my digital photo & address.

Since then, I have received no correspondence from IRCC.

Despite the 'processing times' for an initial (first) PR Card being 80 days. I've been waiting well over 3X this time - nearly 300 days!!!!

I've called IRCC multiple times, raised webforms, requested GCMS notes - NOTHING.

It's so disheartening and stressful. Especially when I learn about other applicants receiving their PR card in a matter of weeks.

I feel helpless, hopeless & disappointed in IRCC's policies/operations.

What can I do? My PR Card application is submitted and open but no movement. A call center agent confirmed that IRCC accepted my photo and address when I called a month ago but nothing on the PR Portal site, or on my CIC account. I'm desperate. Please share your thoughts.

Did you try contacting your MP? Not that it is necessarily going to help (quite possibly, it won't), but they would have to inquire on your behalf, better than nothing..
I am at around 150 days, and it doesn't even seem they started processing yet.

I emailed my local MP probably last week - nothing yet

Bummer. Ours responded relatively quickly (but no results either way).
I hope you get it soon.

I was in the same situation, tried multiple ways to contact with no success and clarity but after waiting for 10 months I finally received mine and my husband's PR cards in mail.

My timeline below; hope it helps

Received Client Portal Request to make account: 26th July 2021
Received Client Portal Credentials: 27th July 2021
Updated application details such as name, address and photo: 28th July 2021
Received ECOPR: 29th July 2021
Received review photo request email then retook it/updated on: 8th August 2021
Received PR cards in mail: 30th May 2022

CLIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT STILL SHOWS THE APPLICATION FOR PR CARD IS STILL IN REVIEW, IT HAS NOT UPDATED THAT CARD WAS MAILED OR ANYTHING YET.
