Hey guys I have a question. When I get COPR how do I get back my passport from IRCC? And with COPR do I qualify for there emergency passport

IRCC does not have your passport - it is with CBSA. Once you get COPR, you will have to go to CBSA office that seized and holds it to get it back.

You can still submit on paper if online there is issue.

I submitted online before but the application was returned due to the lawyer not filling all their own information,now that is corrected and the application is not able to submit online again

Hlo guys i got my AOR and application is showing in process from march 2022. How long it takes for AIP. Also want to know about federal appeal How long its gonna take. I did file in November 2021.
Can anyone suggest me please

AIP could take up to 12months if your federal is for H&C it could take 12months to get first approval and if the Federal Appeal is for Refugee you will have to wait until you get an answer from them.

I am not sure…I did federal for my first H&C and I got first approval for it Thursday. But because I got AIP I am Withdrawing my JR

I got an email saying eCOPR is ready to download after 3 days of pictures uploaded.
