When requesting for GCMS notes, do we choose the Privacy Act or Access to Information Act that costs $5? Also, how do you know which processing office is working on your application?

Thank you! My family and I are looking to request the gcms notes. Our application has not been updated since the citizenship test was changed to completed in March 1st.

Based on the timeline that we see people posting here, and if the test invites are sent to online applicants chronologically, then you should be receiving your test invite or updates next week (as it seems that people with Mid December AOR are getting test invites). Please update here once you get your test invite. My AOR is a few weeks after you, and at this rate, I am expecting a test invite in mid or 2rd week of July. But who knows.

Congrats on receiving updates + test invite. This gives us hope. I am Oct 28 Applicant, AOR: Jan 21. I hope I get my invite in a few weeks too.

I got my test invite on the day of. Just about 10 hours before my test window started. So I would wait till the 24th. If you still don’t receive it, send an email to the following
IRCC.CitOnlineTest-TestenligneCit.IRCC@cic.gc.ca with your application number and UCI explaining your predicament and they’ll send it to you right away.
