Portal login issue.

My wife and her kids are protected persons and she added me as the husband in her PR application here in Canada, and also my three kids back home but the application was approved last week and portal login for passport photo was sent to her but unfortunately my name was not among the dependent, please what shall I do.

you and your wife are in Canada and you guys have 3 children back home
only your wife got PR portal email (she was the main applicant right?) When she got portal email did she stated your information as dependant in that email as well?
she added you as dependent when she applied for PR for the first time?

My wife had three kids before I got married to her here in Canada and I have three kids back home so I also added my own kids.
My wife was the applicant and when she got the PR portal email, she stated my information as dependent immediately. She added me here in Canada and my kids back home in her application for the first time.

My point is that they sent only her own and her kids for the second link to upload passport photo, but my name was not there. My question is are they gonna send my own login later because I'm in Canada? Please someone explain to me because I don't have any knowledge about this

Yes, my wife kids are here in Canada, she added me and my kids are outside Canada.

They asked me for my PCC on February 2022 of which I sent it to them

My wife also sent an email to them last week till now no respond and so confused right now.

they might be checking your background because your wife has kids you have kids is the marriage genuine etc

if i were you i would order GCMS notes

Even before the application was approved around April this year my wife ordered GCMS notes and she paid for it they did not respond till today.
