PR application disappeared in PR Portal

Hi all, I submitted my PR application(PNP to PR) in Sept and I received a successful email that applied.

In mid-Sept, I tried to log in to my PR Portal account and the password was wrong, but I confirmed my password was correct. I tried to reset my password but no variety of emails to me. I sent a web form to ask about my account. After 2 weeks, no reply.

Yesterday, I tried one more time to reset my password and it worked. however, the system let me opened a NEW account. I used the same email address and received an email to verify the email address twice. When I logged in to my account, my PR application disappeared.

What should I do?
Wait web form reply?
Apply one more time?

Did you ever get an update on this?

Everything you've said is what I'm experiencing and I even submitted everything and paid.

I'm not sure if it was deleted and I was supposed to apply by mail, but my PNP certificate expires in December so I'm kind of stressing.

Hi Ryan,

I phoned IRCC and the agent told me to send the webform again, not the PR application. And need to wait for IRCC reply.

When did you submit the PR application?

I submitted my application on July 31st and I've submitted a webform a few weeks ago, but not heard anything.

Just to update in case someone else will experience this: the account is now back to normal. Turns out it was a technical glitch.

Really? Just Disappeared for my gf's application. It was still there around noon, Then it disappeared all of sudden after i hit refresh.

My application was there till noon in the PR portal but disappeared in the last couple of hours. Is there anyone who can see their application again?

I have been checking the portal everyday for my PR confirmation to see if they've reviewed it. This morning I could see the confirmation and this afternoon it is not there. We must all be experiencing some kind of bug?

I can't see my application where address was approved but not photo everything has disappeared
