I hear you my friend. I have experienced exactly the same problem. Hopefully after you get the OCI, you would never have to deal with these incompetent fools again. Fingers crossed for you.
My OCI application is UNDER-PROCESS at CGI toronto since May 20th . Anyone wants to geuss when it may change to PROCESSED? My "wild" guess is June 14th
yes, it was BLS mistake that they did not shipped document. The shipped my spouse document on same day, but forgot mine. So I followed up with them for 2 weeks, then finally I received it yesterday.

1. Every person had different updates regarding my OCI status.
2. Some of them told me that I haven't paid for shipment.
3. Few agents told (ARROGENTLY, Indian accent) me that I can pick it myself in Ottawa (I stay in Montreal).
4. Some of them asked me to schedule extra pick up ..(which I did with 50$).
5. Worst: Finally I got call from BLS office saying that they will ship my card on Tuesday. Considering previous experiences, I called them after 2 hours (6:30 pm) to confirm whether it has been shipped or not. Guy on call told me that my card is sitting at Montreal office as there is huge work load at Ottawa BLS office. So, I told him that do not ship it, I will pick it up myself on Wednesday (yesterday). Surprisingly, Wednesday morning I received tracking number from Purolator saying that I will have my card by end of day, which I received yesterday evening.
Even if you paid for courier to have OCI delivered at your doorstep, can you not still walk-in and pick it up from BLS office when the status say its ready for dispatch? If they are too lazy to ship it, I don't see any other alternatives.
I see my travel on risk unless I see an update on OCI by this week so planning to apply for entry visa as a backup. I have a walk-in appointment on Monday. Can you confirm if BLS Brampton is forcing to pay return shipping or allowing for in-person pickup for visa ?
Most people on this forum have been reporting an average processing time of about 4 weeks (after the status changes to 'under process' on the OCI portal). Hopefully this does not get stretched any further. Fingers crossed.
I have a friend who said dispatched from ND to received in Ottawa took 2 weeks for him. I thought it took 1/same day for it since OCIs are printed in CA and not in IND? Anyone else seen this?
last you mentioned your status was Ready to dispatch on May 24 and you receive it on a June 8 !!Oh wow that's new, BLS has been such a pain
