If you've already applied for an open work permit under TR to PR, then you need to wait at least 4 months before your current work permit expires.

Copy-pasting the information below from the IRCC website:

You can apply up to 4 months before your current work permit expires. Your family members can apply at any time.

no, I am on previous Marco's 18 month work permit atm.

What does this line means - "Note: Applicants whose work permit is valid for longer than 4 months should follow the Public policy on exemptions to work permit conditions when changing employment instructions to submit their application, and the officer should follow these instructions for processing. "?

I got my AOR on March 4 no updates after that for 2 months then in May they requested for IMM5669 , I already submitted after 3 days and I got email On May 18 we received your documents , after that i didn’t get anything not any GU nothing I still shows we are checking your eligibility . It’s been more then 3 months I received my AOR but still no response .

It is a good sign that they requested the IMM5669 form. I know many people (including myself) who got AOR in Feb and no updates till now. So don't worry, we are in the same boat.

IMM5669 is usually asked when they are processing your security check. if you have passed all other stages, then you will receive the portal soon.

Hello!

I applied under TR to PR and did received the AOR on May 19th. Aanother email came on June 7th suggesting me to link my application within 7 days. But, I'm still unable to link the application..

Any insights why this is happening or when I'd be able to link it?

Call them and the contact agent will be able to help you to link the application. It is usually sent when they are asking you to submit any ADR.

I sumbitted the TR-PR application on May 7th 2021 and answer "No" for the question "have you ever been refused to visa" in the IMM5669 form. But I got Temporart vistor visa refusal on Dec 2021 becasue I did not send the passport to office. Basically, I provided the truth information when sumbitted the PR application on May 7th, as that time officer did not refuse my temporary visitor visa. I am worried that should I send the updated IMM5669 through the webform now? or should I wait for them to give me the ADR?

submitted TR 2 PR application. Received application number but have not received Biometric Instruction Letter. It has been one year. Anyone in the same situation or what I can do now?
Applied GCMS notes and got to know that biometric letter was generated but got cancelled. Officer gave comments regarding missing documents which I have already submitted in Jan 2022.
