Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on December 6, 2021.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on April 13, 2022. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5. We sent you medical instructions on April 13, 2022. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Recieved Temporary Application in 1 week

And still no update. I cannot even make contact to IRCC

I received my medical request today. I am going to take care of it tomorrow and hopefully the doctor will send the results to IRCC within 2 weeks.

Im still on backgraound check after medical done in April. There is backlog now with medical exam processing results, best guess it will be between 3-6mo

I can't believe this! OMG! If the officer touched my file and your file before March 31, we wouldn't have to go through such delay and such hefty payment! $200 each applicant. The doctor said $200 is tax included. Does not include Life-lab and X-ray! So I am in for around $600+ for my spouse and I.

I paid almost $1,200 for family of 4
What other option? Nothing pay and move on

Can any one experienced same & approximate when I can expect DM or PPR?
After medical results received I am waiting till now updates.

Guys, just an update. My family and I did the Medical yesterday, one day after IRCC requested. The doctor said to allow 2 weeks for the results to be sent to IRCC depending on the response he will get from Lab and X-Ray office. The costs in Ontario: Doctor's fee: $150, X-ray: $50, Lab fee: $0 (Covered by OHIP). Total $200 for each person.
I hope everyone gets their PR ASAP.

Hi everyone!

My timeline is:

Applied on July 2021
application received Aug 6th
Process started Jan 27th 2022. (on ECAS, haven't received an email)
Medical results have been received

Eligibility passed email May 10th
Pre-arrival May 11th

I checked my ECAS last week it showed Processing
I checked on May 11th, it shows Decision Made.

I still can't link my application on GCkey

I haven't received anything regarding doing other medical exam
and yeah, I'm a single applicant, VO, Mississauga
