Based on your info, your file is in criminality check. It usually happens before the eligibility review is finalized.
I don't think inland family members affect the processing time a lot.
Current average processing time is 3-4 months post AOR but it's a rough estimate.
I recommend you follow up again at the end of May to see the progress.

Hi, I have a question. When I link my application,
Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application (required)
which number should I put if I apply alone?

It should be the same as what you put in your application, so ‘1’ if you applied alone.

Yes
Pcc and ielts TRF on feb 22
In review on apr 11
Called them 20 April
They said criminality in process
Idk how long its gonna take
Makes sense, the PCC is request before criminality starts.
Roughly, you should expect 3-4 months for eligibility review and BGCs.

No problem! Yes, you can. Originally, I know that you had 30 days to respond to the portal email, so when you got the email, you can wait and come back to Canada and reply back to get the eCOPR.
But a new policy is going to be introduced in mid-June where you can reply to portal request from outside of Canada. If this happens you can get a one-time PR visa from outside Canada and land as a PR on your travel back to Canada.

Taking effect this summer, the policy changes announced today include:
  • Applicants will no longer be required to remain in Canada while their application is being processed.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2022/04/new-measures-to-address-canadas-labour-shortage.html

In the first case, you can travel with your valid TRV and WP, and come back as TR and reply to portal.
If your trip is long, and the new policy is introduced, then you'll get the PR visa and you'll become PR when entering Canada.

My eligibility and medical is already passed
Criminality in process
Security to be started
So idk how long now
That's great! criminality shouldn't take long (probably 30 days or so) and security usually takes around 30-60 days.
For me the criminality was passed before the eligibility.
