Hi, I am new to this forum. I have one question. My mother applied visitor visa from India (on 28th March 2022). Till now there is no update on her application other than biometrics.
If any body here have similar timelines, please respond.

I also applied my parents visitor visa on 26th march and biometrics done on 30th march. Till now no updates. Can anyone tell me how to expedite the application?

status changed to review eligibility requirements?
I applied for my parents on April 13 ,ircc portal . biometrics done and updated April 21. status changed to review eligibility requirements on April 25th.
Hopefully we will get passport requests this week. Fingers crossed. Parents previously held 10 year visitor visa and visited three times so far.

Me neither. Have read some posts where people who first applied on GCKEY ,reapplied on IRCC Portal and waiting for decisions.

What happen if it exceeded the date we provided to visit? They still gonna issue it or not

Iam not sure on that. i mentioned on my parents application as May 30 id the date they want to enter Canada. So iam in the same boat as you are.

Mine is 23 of May , I hope they issue the visa before the mentioned date pass,

I don't think so. i have submitted my application on 18th March, Biometric is on 25th March. Entering date into Canada as 1st May. But no updates from IRCC after that
