Have people been receiving AORs fairly quickly now? I was looking at the spreadsheets from last year to get an idea and it seems like it takes at least a couple of months to get AOR..?

yep seems like. In fact, if you check the March 2022 application thread, those who've applied on or after March 17, 2022, are getting AORs currently.

Guys, in this post, does "Delivered Date" refer to the date when our courier confirms IRCC has received the mail?

Thanks, I sent through Canada post today and they told it will reach the office by April 20th...
