My PGWP is expiring in Jan, 2023. I am in pool from last Sept 2021 with CEC score 445. I dont know when CEC draw will be resumed.

I was wondering
a. should I apply for PGWP extension (paper application) and visitor visa together.
b. what if I find full time employer by end of this year, do I need to get LMIA or letter from company is enough for extension ?
c. I am working as a contractor, I have my own business account. Do you think I can provide letter for myself ?

A. Not eligible unless government changes rules. If you want to stay in Canada and haven’t received ITA or AOR, change status to visitor.

It doesn't make any sense to do that now. Way too early. You should wait and hope for a CEC draw. If a CEC draw doesn't happen by the end of December / start of January, then it will make sense to apply to change your status to visitor.

how about if i apply for PNP program ? will that nomination help me stay in canada ?
Meanwhile if there's draw for CEC, i can start process for that.

If you are eligible for a PNP program then definitely apply. If you travel in December, make sure you have a valid TRV.

For OINP, your score is too low. SINP you need a license. Alberta is an option if you can get a job offer now, and be eligible under new tech stream.

I heard rumors of May and June, but thats all, just rumors
475 CRS eligible starting May end, but not seeing any draws ....
