I did not received any email, inbox or in spam / junk mail box. January 12 came and still didnot received any email.I already message them thru webform. What else should I do?

Did you not email them week before asking for a link. Raise a webform as well as email the test center (the email address where you got the test invite from )about this and hopefully they are able to reschedule you soon.
Did you end up receiving anything? I am in the same situation my ceremony is supposed to be today but haven’t received any email so likely will miss it

My online application tracker updated that I will receive an email about my citizenship test but I never received an email about any test and now I missed my test date as I logged into my online portal late. I did raise a question in webforum is there anything else to do?? Also, did u receive an email for your citizenship test at all?? Please advise
Calling or sending a web form will not get you anywhere in these cases, those agents have zero power to do anything, and they do not even look at your web form for over a month! Find the email address of your local office in these forums.

Can I email the above email for inquiry regarding test invite? For example Surrey office,Haven’t got any test invite yet. Can I email them and ask about my application?thanks
