average time from pre arrival is 2 weeks - 2 months! if it’s over 2 months they are usually doing security screening which can mean 6-9 months or more’ so really no way to know! i got pre arrival in Feb and no update since!

They can transfer to any VO they consider approate for processing.

Yes, received. It is hard to tell when you'll hear about them again. After AOR1, you should receive SA (if not attached to the AOR letter) or medical request and then SA. I suggest you to try to find a similar case for you here in the threads to kind of follow up. Everything seems slower nowadays than the past month either way

I think what you've done is fine - for this particular box, though, I'd suggest also putting the reason it is not applicable

eg:
Not applicable - sponsor and applicant have resided together since [date]

Not strictly necessary though.

Hi ! Amazing discussion forum thanks for the help everyone here!
I am sending my application under INLAND spousal sponsorship, im doing my second year visa of Young Professional (closed work permit) and is expiring next May 19th 2022. I have paid and attached my OWP with the SP applocation and I have a couple of questions:
About timing, when will I be able to work with an Open work permit? When I get my AOR or when I get the approval of the OWP.
Am I in implied status once they send me the AOR ? or I am able to work for anyone when I receive that
