July guy here and waiting for over 2 months since test completion- brace yourselves for a long wait everyone !

2 months now since we took the exam and no updates aside from background and test completed.

No update when I last checked before this website crash.

Was analyzing the application from Toronto and below are some of my observations

• SCR CIC office validates most tests and changes test status to completed in 1 week time of taking the test.
• Status of BG validation to completion within 4 weeks of completion of the test.
• Oath letter sent in 12-16 weeks of completion of the test.
• Oath ceremonies are within 5 weeks of the date of issue of the Oath letter.

Fingerprints req: Feb 10 (only for 1 applicant)
test in progress: Mar 2 for both adults
Test completed: March 16 for both
Fingerprint received: March 21
Background verification completed: March 22
Language & other 3 things completed : April 12 for both adults
Waiting for oath invitation
Processing office is Mississauga (assuming from the test email)
No update on the child application post AOR DATE of Nov 3
