How ever once you try to contact the agent phone auto disconnect.

Would like to inform you folks, one of my friend received the PR card today, even PR portals is showing "photo is still IRCC review" His timelines, PR Application: February 2021, PR portals invitation: January 26, 2022, eCOPR: February 9, 2022, PR Card: March 25, 2022.
His dependants didn't receive any information yet !! Any idea when his dependants will receive any updates, his dependants visa office is Singapore.
Here is my timeline:
1- Application receive date : Feb 22, 2021
2- Additional document request : Nov 16, 2021
3- Eligibility passed letter : Jan 22, 2022
4- Pre-arrival letter : Jan 24, 2022
5- Email from IRCC Portal : Mar 16,2022 (replied same day)
6- IRCC Portal login credentials : Mar 18, 2022 (uploaded photo, address same day)
7- Confirmation of PR : Mar 23, 2022
8- PR Card : waiting…
