you got ADR request twice ????

Yes I did. It was the same request sent twice. I submitted one through webform before I linked my application to my online account and the next one I submitted it through the online platform. I guess they didn’t receive the first submission before they requested for it again or they just wanted me to submit it again through the online platform

How come they gave you a bio request? Don't you have a COVID exemption if you already previously provided biometrics?

How you got request? How they ask to submit via online portal or via webform?

How come they gave you a bio request? Don't you have a COVID exemption if you already previously provided biometrics?

I never do biometrics before.
