Yes you could still visit your home country if you get approved for H&C. Would focus on what your credibility issue is because you may still need to overcome this issue. Is your child born in Canada or in Canada currently?
No i am single never been married. My father passed away and he was hospitalized with life support. So i had to come to my home country. And this is my 2nd visit after I got my PR. now what can be a worse scenario. I am very tensed.

@Ayanna how about if we apply for H&C and PRRA both but we got H&C approval first and based on H&C approval PRRA file got canceled. Can we still visit back home. Or it will be an issue in immigration or with citizenship
I called them several times, exactly 8am the time they open, I dont know why it always says “cannot transfer to an agent” I alarm 7:58am to call them at 8am so I can get through but no luck, its impossible that they received so many calls already at that time exactly 8am.
when you call choose a different option instead of H chose F or any other option. You will be connected to an agent . Once you tell the agent that it’s about H&C . You will be redirected. That way they will pick up.
hey guys, i have received my ATIP file today, it contains 47 pages.
i browsed roughly, sawing a lot of repeated data.
i am wondering if any special info i should pay special attention to?
Thanks.
If they ask for resume & address all you have to do is complete these forms and submit . Maybe they just want to see where you live in the past 10 year or so & what kind of job you had. If they ask seem like it’s a good sign pretty sure if they wanted to refuse they wouldn’t have ask. I would complete ASAP doesn’t seem serious to me . ♀
Yes as long as your H&C is approved. Obviously optics are not great but similar to returning to your home country after applying for asylum and getting rejected. PPRA is very difficult to receive.
