My AOR is 18th DEC 2020, I also got few ADRs on 19th March.
Current VO is RROC and previous VO is New Delhi

Actually all NDVO visa office files were transferred to RROC last month and their were expedited

Hello! Have any of you guys been successful in getting through to an agent at IRCC via their phone line?
I have been trying for a couple weeks, but I hear the same message every time that says - we are not able to connect you to an agent currently, due to high volume of calls.
I have been calling 1-888-242-2100.

I know a couple friends of mine who applied in December - both of them have received their PPR's recently. I had applied a couple weeks before them, but haven't heard anything from IRCC.
